In 2014, participated in drafting the industry standard for switched reluctance motors and was listed as the "Shandong Province New Energy Vehicle Production Base". We have successively conducted technical exchanges and project cooperation with well-known domestic and foreign enterprises and research institutes such as Armored Corps Engineering College, Dongfeng Motor, Beijing Automotive Research Institute, Mingyang Group, Nidec, Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ingersoll Rand Group, etc., covering several fields such as automobiles, industrial and household equipment.

Since 2013, the competition in the export market has become increasingly fierce, and Rongjia has actively opened up new fields for special application motors and various speed regulating motors. While not relaxing its foreign market, it focuses on cultivating high-end domestic customers and establishing strategic partnerships with multiple domestic listed companies and multinational corporations.

Around 2000, in order to avoid fierce competition, the company actively transformed, focusing on overseas markets. It redesigned the structure and performance indicators of three-phase asynchronous motors in accordance with European standards, becoming one of the early Chinese motor enterprises with export qualifications and direct overseas customers. It has also established a good brand reputation in countries and regions such as Europe, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia, and South Africa.

Rongjia Electric Motor is a manufacturer that independently produces air-conditioning motors. It was one of the major suppliers for air-conditioning brands such as Changhong and Aokema between 1998 and 2003.

Rongjia Electric Motor was restructured in 1998 from a town-run motor factory established in 1978, and moved to a new factory site in the development zone at the end of 2006.

The new factory covers an area of 90,000 square meters, with more than 200 employees and a total asset of 300 million yuan. It has an annual production capacity of 4 million kilowatts and integrates the R&D and design, production and manufacturing, comprehensive testing, sales and service of motors and related controllers.
